ok. let's do this thing. people have been waiting for an update, so here it is. what have I missed. Let's see, a while back I busted up my car pretty good. It's a long story though so I won't go into it. I had to put the stock front bumper on it and the rear bumper I had repaired. 3/4th's of a bodykit ain't too bad I guess. Might get the front re-done one day... when I can afford it. Anyway...
Work's been a bitch. We're still transitioning to the new company. I don't really remember how much I've said about it. My main beef with work is the incosistency of my job title, job description, and the work I actually do. Not to mention that the operators in general are treated like children. I consider Ross and myself to be the most knowledgeable, hardest-working, and devoted operators there are. I believe we deserve the Senior Operator title and everything that comes with it. Management sees things differently. Management believes us to be immature and unworthy of the title. (Notice I said title, and not position. As far as I am concerned, we already occupy the position.) Personally, I intend to prove management wrong. I don't know how yet. I really feel like I'm already doing the best I can do, so I guess only time will tell.
As for Melissa and I, we're doing really good. Sure, occasionly I do something to piss her off real good but I always end up apologizing. You know, it's a lot like she said earlier today, or yesterday - depending on how you look at it, "it's nice to know that the person you love is the same person that loves you." It really is a good feeling.
