Ok, I'm going to try this ONE LAST TIME. It's wednesday, and I've been trying to write this journal entry since Sunday with no luck... yesterday, I got to the very end, but wouldn't u know, I stopped to take a break, had it minimized, started another program and the fucking thing crashed the system and it rebooted. NOTHING SAVED! Basically, this entry is supposed to be a reflection of this past Saturday... and it was a very long day. But I am only going to post the reader's digest version. (I need to get this shit done this time!) First of all, let me say that Wade and I reconciled and I did end up going to visit her this past Saturday.
I got there around 11am. First Impression : She's really nice, and suprisingly easy to talk to. So we go to two different malls (one after the other... not like we split and went different ways or anything), I end up buying a necklace and watch, and she buys some bubbles that stick to everthing, which i have to admit is pretty cool... but just not a guy thing. We basically just walked around and looked and stuff and talked about things like good friends do. To me, that was just really cool because I can never just talk to someone freely. Especially someone I've just met for the first time. I suppose talking to people online before u meet them really counts for something. Anyway, then we went and ate at McDonalds ... (how romantic!) ... yea, i know. It's practical anyway. After that we just kind of sat in the parking lot (not in the car) and let our food digest... i sat and smoked a couple of cigs, and wade was blowing her bubbles in the wind. After we were sufficiently bored, we decided it might be cool to get some bread and go feed the ducks in the park. After we get there, it doesn't take long to realize ... ducks suck. Now, the seagulls... the seagulls are pretty fun to feed. But the fun comes with a price. You see, to feed seagulls, u throw little bits of balled-up bread into the air and the seagulls catch it. Well, I'm no expert, but i would assume that feeding a flock birds that are flying directly over u is a good way to get shit on. Anyway, we ran out of bread and just walked around the park and talked just eventually went back to the car and left ... with no hitchcock incidents, and without the embarasment of getting shit on by seagulls. My only two fears about going there. After that, we went bowling... we had a lot of fun. Wade 'danced' a lot, ...but uhm... I don't remember the scores. ;-) ... doesn't really matter anyway. We left from there and went out to the lake and chilled until it was time for me to leave. I left around 10pm ... so it was a pretty long visit, and overall, it went really well... at least I think it did, anyway... and I've met several people from the net, as some of u might know... and it never turns out so well. Anyway... I drive all the way home, and I get less than a mile from my house while under the assumption that I'm going to be in bed in 10 mins when all of a sudden, I'm almost in an accident. I swerve, the guy missses me, hits someone else, and I end up having to help lift the vehicle off the asshole. You might think it's mean of me to call the guy an asshole, but without going into too many details, he was drunk, had apparently been shooting at someone, but mostly, he almost killed me and he ruined my night because I had to stick around and talk to the cops. Not to mention, I may have, in some small, way been responsible for helping save his life. I think I can say whatever the hell I want about that lunatic. That in a nutshell, is how Satuday went. It was quit eventful, especially there at the end. Anyway ... Now that I'm finally finished with this entry, it's about time to start another one. damn it... anyway... check back later.
